Information we use

We collect your name, company, email address, country and optional message to answer your enquiry and arrange a requested presentation. Marketing consent is not required for this.

Optional email subscription

If you select the separate checkbox, we send a confirmation email. Your subscription is confirmed only after you confirm it. We retain the consent wording/version, source, request and confirmation dates and any withdrawal. Marketing relies on your consent. We process enquiries to respond to your request, take requested pre-contractual steps or pursue our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.

Optional Google sign-in

If you choose Continue with Google in the subscription form, we use Google only to fill your name and verified email address. You can edit these details before submitting. A short-lived secure cookie protects this sign-in process. We do not request Gmail, Calendar or file access and do not store Google access tokens. Providers and processing

Eshalsoft operates from Australia. Cloudflare and Supabase process website and enquiry data; our Porkbun mailbox sends subscription confirmations. After confirmation, we may transfer your email address to Brevo to manage the subscribed email service. Processing can take place outside your country, including Australia. We do not sell your details.

Withdrawal, retention and your rights

You can withdraw consent at any time using the unsubscribe link or by emailing us, without affecting earlier lawful processing. We review inactive enquiries after twelve months. We retain active subscription evidence while subscribed and necessary evidence/suppression records only as long as needed for legal obligations, claims or respecting your withdrawal. A hashed IP address and limited request counters protect the form from abuse.

You may request access, correction or deletion and, where applicable, restriction, portability or objection by contacting us. You can complain to your competent data protection authority.

This form does not use advertising trackers.
